Taking steroids in pill forms are more dangerous than injection. Liquid injections are taken every three to for days and do not effect the liver as much as the pills. Many people think that taking steroids help injuries heal quicker but actually they cause the bones to become weaker. The usage of steroids also stops tissue in the body to stop growing and this can cause ripping and cause the injury to take longer to heal (Lukas 50).
