The sordid world cannot store the glamour of the beauty. Does it exist in reality? In the vast spaces of the Universe it is almost impossible to realize what one means, what his functions are and where the truth is. The world, like a big working machine, is a complicated system of relations, attitudes and rules, not to observe which means to disobey. Whom? Because all of us are doomed eventually: “The word ‘life’ was taboo: it reminded you of death.”2 And how easy the world can become dreadful and uncouth! Pursuing and cruel, it will never seem beautiful anymore. When running along the meadows, when fleeing from something fierce that for some reason pretended to be right, one could not praise virtues of the world, because for him they existed not.…
