Contract Confidentiality
The Contractor agrees not to:
vUse, develop or exploit "confidential information" other than expressly required for this agreement.
vDisclose "confidential information" to anyone other than the permitted persons.
Price and Price Variation
vTender price must be stated in Australian currency
vTender price must include GST
Late responses
vRespondents received later than the 7th of October 2003 will not e considered.
Conflict of Interest
vTenderers must identify any potential or actual conflict of interest between their existing activities or associations and the preparation of a tender proposal and subsequent delivery of community legal services.
Acceptance of responses
vABC Counselling Services will not necessarily accept any response. Participants will be notified if their response is not accepted.
