Carbon fuels such as coal and oil are running out and their emissions are threatening the fragile ecosystem of our planet. Since the developing countries can’t afford to take all the necessary measures to stop the increase in ozone-destroying gases, they are constantly being accused of being the main contributors to the overall air pollution.
