In the observational research group I would record them in a more appropriate environment like cooking or sleeping. The camera would be off when they were in the shower or using the restroom. Focus groups would have to almost be an observation group to correct their drawbacks. They may get more than one person to observe and tell the story. If you have 4 people they are more likely to have two stories that are similar so that you have more than one perspective. Making sure everyone gets involved in the decision is also important. This would help the group in making the right decision.…
