Dear audience,
why did Latvia join the European Union if we- inhabitants of Latvia don’t use everything that EU is offering? Now I’m in high school, but soon I’m going to get vocational education. And I thought- why couldn’t I use my opportunity, why couldn’t I go and study in Europe?
Before Latvia joined the EU many young people could only dream about studying abroad. But since 1st May 2004, it’s more than a dream, and I think still not everyone has realized how easy it is. All you need is a big volition, desire for new experience and bright head. Statistics show that since 2004 the number of youth who would like to study in another country has grown for 25%, as compared to 2001. …
