Even though the subjects at a university may be easy to study, the degree shows other skills that often are more valuable than the degree itself. Nearly all university programs require an internship; practical skills can be acquired outside of the classroom and still be applied for the degree. This leads to the thinking that the relation of theory and applicable knowledge is balanced.
