Q. ARE THERE FORMAL TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THE INTERNS?
A. No, there are no formal training programs. An intern will learn all the necessary information needed while working. An intern should be able to use all the resources learned in college and apply them in the real work environment. This will insure that the intern will able to apply what was taught, in real life applications, which is essential to prepare the intern for a career in the field. We strive to allow our interns develop a real sense of learning and to use their knowledge and skills, to develop their ability while being guided by our senior associates. Our program is second to none and we are proud of our success and the ability to hire our interns in a permanent position when the have fulfilled their internship.
