CONCLUSION
Looking back in the history shows that tea and China are two inseparable things. The tea tree was originated in China and already long time ago people in China used tea not only for thirst and medical uses, but also for cleaning and calming the mind and emotions. As Chinese society developed and progressed, tea production has played a role in driving economic development while tea consumption has remained a practice of daily life. Through many dynasties and historical events tea has always taken place in Chinese people lifestyle and later on even spreading out of the borders of China.
Tea producing areas in China are scattered in more than 20 provinces in four different parts i.e. Southwest China, South China, South of the Yangtze River and North of the Yangtze River.
The special tea making and drinking process are an important part of Chinese culture and traditions that also shows different aspects of Chinese people, their character and believes.
In conclusion, as tea not only tastes good, it also helps people to enhance thinking, alertness and improves eyesight. Today tea is generally acknowledged as a health beverage by many medical experts around the world.
