They immediately exchange words and Denzel is called a cracker and a nigger. As someone comes to break up the brawl and the soldiers are walking away many more come up to him and call him names. I think this clearly represents the mistreatment of the blacks.
<Tab/>Honestly I found that the movie was very historically correct and interesting at the same time. Most documentaries are usually somewhat boring but this was an interesting, adrenaline rushing, well-made film. Mathew Broderick was amazing I had no idea he was capable of this kind of acting. Overall Glory was one of the most appealing war movies I have seen at home or at school.
