A very urgent theme now is the global warming. Temperature is rising and scientists predict every day new consequences which global warming may cause.
The obvious effects of global warming, about which scientists don’t argue, are many and various, both for the environment and for human life. These effects include sea level rise, repercussions on agriculture, reductions in the ozone layer, increased intensity and frequency of extreme weather events, and the spread of disease. The effect, which we have already experienced, is the increasing of hurricanes. They have been more intense and have lasted longer.
These effects haven’t affected me so I wasn’t really worried about the consequences until I read about the prognosis of scientists that global warming may cause a new ice age.
