This theory best applies to our organization for several specific reasons. These reasons include that our tribe is based on the same principal hierarchical system as Maslow's theory. This tribal system includes: basic needs, tribal security, a longing to be accepted within the tribe, a need for tribal status and the aspiration to have a fulfilling life within a tribal setting.
In closing, we have completed the three major phases of this assignment. Phase one of this project was to analyze an internet article on employee motivation in the workplace. In phase two of this project we evaluated whether or not our organization had achieved the desired results. And finally, we briefly discussed the motivational theory that best applied to our organization, and how we came to this conclusion.
