Conclusions of researchers are not so good - discrimination begins even before that time, when competitor directly meets the employer. It is all mentioned even in announcements, and with they help we already can make some conclusions. There are –age, sex, work experience, place of living, bad habits, appearance and existing of family.
Firs place belongs to age pressure: 44 % of all announcements specified age border with words "from" and till "to". And as we all know - the young labour is more demanded than "older one". That it is no wonder - it is possible to “use” them much more, and to pay young people less, because of that fact, that it is very difficult for young specialists to find work, and nobody will not argue with the competitor.…
