Constitution

Today the constitution is deigned to limit government power and protect people's right by listening to ant federalists and making the bills of right, which contained in the Amendments to the US Constitution, provides an admirable philosophical statement, for application in concrete situations, of the basis on which the power of legislatures and governments may be limited. A Bill of Rights places limitations on the powers of government and creates an area of freedom for individual action. Also Checks and balances created limits and government power and protected people's right by the distribution and balancing of power among the different branches of government so that no branch would gain too much power. Finally, federalism created this balance by power of legislatures and governments can be limited is as a consequence of a division of power between the central and the states in a federal system.…
