Analysis of a Folk Tale "The Small-Tooth Dog"

The fairy tale is about a girl who is given to a dog by her father in return of a favour the dog has done for him. The course of events follows the well-known folk tale pattern. There are many indicators in the structure of the text that shows it is a folk tale.
