It was a nice and sunny summer day. There was not any cloud in the sky, it was unusually clear and light blue. It was the best time for summer rest together with friends. I called my friends and we decided to spend this day together.
We met in the park after one hour. We all were dressed in summer clothes – T-shirts, shorts or skirts. We thought that we were dressed suitably for this warm summer day. My friend John had seriously got ready for the picnic. He had made sandwiches, juice und had taken a volleyball-ball. Lisa had taken some towels and blankets for sitting and for sunbathing. The smallest of all, ten-year-old Katy, started laughing and jumping funny around us. We all were ready to spend a good and unforgettable day at the seaside. Who could have thought that all would suddenly change?
