Guest House "Tourist Trail"

Our business plan idea is to build a 3 floor guest house.
Construction design prescribes to reconstruct a building in Sigulda Mālpils street 4b to a guest house with 70 spaces. It is provided to do up the houses second and top floor. In the ground floor there already is a restaurant, which will continue to work. We will build an administration room where we will welcome our guests, a rest area with sauna and a banquet hall and of course auxiliary premises. In our guest house it will be also possible to rent bicycles and to enjoy the nature trail near by the guest house.
In the ground floor there will be auxiliary premises- personnel spatial, warehouse- and the restaurant. In the second floor there will be different sized bedrooms and the rest area with sauna and banquet hall. In the third (top floor) will be situated ambassadorial bedrooms with a beautiful view of Siguldas woods and also of the nature trail. The territory will be enclosed and facilitated. …
