Introducion

When I finish school mother give me some hektar leand. This leand I can use to start my own bussines. Mother given leand is near city Gulbene. First I like build fuel station but this idea was bad. Gulbene was many fuel station and incime money was small. My next idea be build place whear people can rest and relax. Gulbene and all in Latvia not have many place whear people can rest. Tourist to can spend time in Latvia and this will give more taxsy Latvian goverment. This will be best alternative to use mother given land.
Thear I like build swiming pole, saun, hotel, restaurant, carting race or motorbike race place, bare and in forest can play paintball. Ofcourse I nead take big credit and to build all this buildings i nead much time but after fyu year I can to earn all money back and make much money. And this buissnes can do my kids after my die.
Most importan is get place where can start own buissnes. Without place nothing I can do. Me about that doesn’t neads wory. Place whear I can build all thet buildings I have. My mother have 7 hektars work land and 5 hektars forest. Thet is one plus when you have your land whear start small or big buisnes. …
