Religions

Almost people are Christians in Latvia. Moslems , Jews , Baptists live here too but theese are very small groups of people. We have four main orientations of Christianity: the Roman Catholicism , the Lutheranism , the Old Belief and the Orthodoxy.In Kraslava there are churches of all theese orientations of Christianity.
The Roman Catholicism and the Lutheranism are the most popular religions in Latvia because its were the first religions which came with crusaders in the 13th century. Our ancestors were pagans and had many different gods. …
