Hotel "Riga" is situated in the most beautiful area – in the centre of the city Riga, nearby the National Opera House and not far from Freedom Monument.
In the 19th century it was here by the name of hotel "Rome", built in 1878. During the war the elegant building of "Rome" was destroyed. In 1956 in this place were built a completely new, grand, six-story hotel building. It was named like a capital it was in - "Riga" - as it had to become a symbol of the city.…
