Reference letter

This reference letter is provided at the request of Toms Jančevskis. He has asked me to provide this letter that he may show to any prospective who asks him for references.
Toms is the best friend of mine for many years, because of that I know him very well. We have been in the same class since 1st grade. We sometimes get each other into trouble.
