Herwitz Daniel in his review of The End of History And The Last Man expresses concern and certain amount of skepticism with Fukuyamas reasoning concerning empirical description of the historian and philosophical conceptualization in the manner of Hegel. This review argues that philosophical structure cannot be assigned to history and overall it will not be possible to implement the principles of liberal democracy universally in the world.

Mr. Herwitz argues that it is just an illusion to think that there is no better political ideology than liberal democracy. Liberal democracy does seem very appealing, it is very rational and it does have a lot to offer, however, we have some explicit examples in our society today that illustrate the drawbacks liberal democracy has. …
