Mitral clip (fastens together the mitral valve leaflets to improve the heart's blood outflow)
Implantable pacemaker or defibrillator
Cardiac transplantation

Prognosis
HCM confers an annual mortality rate of about 1%
HCM may be associated with important symptoms and premature death but more frequently with no or relatively mild disability and normal life expectancy
