As for the equipment of the room, it was incomplete compared to what I expected. There was no minibar and refrigerator in addition the air conditioner wasn't working well.
I would also like to complain about the food provided by the hotel. I noticed that the food wasn't fresh, but quick-frozen, which was just microwaved by the staff. It was a big problem because I paid separately for all-inclusive care.
