In conclusion, it is possible to say, that the evaluation criteria should be consistent with the objectives of the organization and the content of the work. They can be expressed in the form of quantitative, qualitative, behavioral, temporal, financial indicators, etc. Since the activities of employees often depend on several factors, as a rule, a complex system of evaluation criteria is used.
One of the most important issues in conducting a business assessment of personnel is the choice of the ways in which certain indicators are evaluated. In any case, the evaluation method should provide, possibly, greater objectivity in measuring specific values of indicators. There are many ways to evaluate activities.
In order for the personnel evaluation system to be most effective, it must be based on the principles of objectivity, timeliness, speed, regularity, reliability of the information base, publicity and, finally, on the principle of democracy.
