Problems to get know how many children are victims
It is difficult to estimate how many children are victims of sex offenders because of reporting issues:
Many children do not report their abuse to their parents, who then may or may not contact the police.
Children are often silent about abuse, because they experience fear regarding consequences for the family.
Children are often abused by family members.
Male children who are abused by adult males also experience concern that they will be perceived as homosexual.

This is very big problem in all world, because there is no established a system and a way how police or society could get know about sex offenders. Rare teachers or school’s/kindergarden’s psychologics have a suspicion about this crime, they are giving an information to doctor and if doctor is confirming it, they are giving an information to police.
