Teamwork

A positive attitude is a must when working in a group. Though members have other things going on within their life a positive attitude makes it easier for everyone to work together as a team. A positive attitude makes for a better workplace, as well as higher achievement, greater productivity, and reduces conflict. If one person carries a negative attitude it can greatly effect the way the group works together, they could also lose focus on the project or be reluctant to work with each other.
