Delivery Contract in English

1.SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. The Contractor undertakes to produce and to deliver and the Customer undertakes to buy the sets of low voltage plugs (220V, 30A) (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) to the Customer. The Goods consist of:
1.1.1 Connector plug SHU 101A
1.1.2 Socket RU 101A

1.2.The Goods, its nomenclature, quantity, price and delivery terms are indicated in the Specification Nr 1 (Appendix Nr 1) that is an integral part of the present Contract.

2.PRICE AND TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE
2.1.The total contract value is indicated in the Specification Nr 1 (Appendix Nr 1) that is an integral part of the present Contract.
2.2.The price of the Goods is offered on delivery terms FCA-Riga and includes loading, packaging and marking fees. The Price is indicated in the Specification Nr 1 (Appendix Nr 1) that is an integral part of the present Contract.
2.3.Payment terms: 100% pre-payment 45 days prior to the shipping date.…
