In the novel Great Expectations by Charles Dickens the characters are filled with the characteristics of love, rich against poor, and duty to family. Throughout the whole book characters demonstrate these themes. The characters Pip, Estella, Joe, Mrs. Joe, and Biddy demonstrated love, a huge theme, throughout the book.
