Again, I would like to add that young people don’t realize that drugs can be replaced, for example, by chocolate which increases the concentration and happiness levels, romantic relationships or sports activities which also release so called happiness hormones in the brain.
Finally, I can conclude that in twenty first century there are many factors which can make young people start smoking, drinking or using drugs. However, for a person to stop these bad habits it is important to realize that these habits are bad for their body. To stimulate this, it is important to educate young people what effects these bad habits leave and how to switch from bad to good habits as well as point out the possible alternatives for replacing each bad habit.
