Key Environmental Legislation

There are many aspects of the environment that federal agencies take into consideration while they keep key aspects in tighter focus. Key areas include air quality, energy, land use and conservation, noise control, pesticides, solid waste management, toxic substances, water quality, wildlife conservation and other general environmental legislation.
