Human in the Dynamic World (Speech)

Dear judges, dear audience,
My name is Aleksandrs Potaichuks. I am a 10th form student of Saldus Gymnasium. The title of my speech is “Position of Human in Dynamic World.”
I would like to start my speech mentioning the fact that more and more people are heard saying “We are now living in the 21st century!” And why not? We do have a lot to be proud of! We have incomprehensibly high skyscrapers, highways, which allow to get to any place in the world, fast planes, by which today you are in New York, tomorrow – already in Tokyo, modern ships, which cut all the seas and oceans of the world, telephones and Internet, which allow to make the most favorable business contracts and a lot of household technologies, which make our life much easier.…
