The number of men has begun to decrease in terms of college enrollment. However, men were once the more prevalent gender in college. Schools must now encourage more men to attend college before the educational gap becomes drastically large. Still, colleges cannot offer men special privileges and discriminate against women. The educational gap between men and women may just be a sign of the change society is undergoing today. Women are becoming much more involved and many now considerate necessary to have a college education and stable job. Who is to say that this advancement is bad just because men are on the lower end of the effects? This change may benefit our society by establishing more equality between men and women.…
