Ladies and Gentlemen,
May I have your attention for a while, please! I’d like to take this opportunity to say some words. It is the first time we meet in such informal, better to say celebratory, atmosphere. Our company’s birthday. It has been a great pleasure to see so many old friends and, of course, to meet new colleaques in our ranks.
On the business side, this year has been a difficult one, not only for our company, but also in the whole real estate market. Many countries are experiencing the crisis, and our country, unfortunatelt, is not the exception. Such giants as America, England and Germany have been drewen into the crises.
