Perfect Competition. Is It Possible?

For example: in Latvia there are 6 huge companies (Lattelecom, LMT, Tele2, Bite etc.) which offer internet services, but if there come some new little company they destroy it with their huge offers, sometimes these companies also offers some extra goods for nothing, like LMT usually do (use our internet and get laptop for 1 LS). There is also situation what, huge whales agree, so they could simply divide the market, like it was in 2006. when LMT and Tele2 did it.…
