Third, Schelling has used observation as a method for drawing his conclusions, but he has not taken into account that observation as research method has its disadvantages. Schelling underestimates that background information may be missing (for example, to explain why people do not attend meetings) or the researcher bias can have impact on the results of a study (even Schelling may be bias).
