Book Report "The Fault in Our Stars". Home Reading

When I read first few chapters I didn’t knew that this story could end like this. I haven’t lived with a story this much in a long time. I read this book in 3 days because I wasn’t able to put it down. My favourite part was when they were in church, where the Support Group usually was held, and Augustus wrote his goodbye letter.
I would really like to know what happened to Hazel. Did she lived a happy life? Or maybe her cancer got worse? I have many questions that I would love to ask author.
