Marketing general principles determined by each company's objectives, functions, which are inter-related set of operations. Marketing functions are related to the five elements of marketing and the environment in which they are located. These elements are product, location, price , direct target market and client. To better realize own business it is necessary to make a market research, which includes succesfully choosen product, price, place and customer wishes.
To create a successful working in your hotel, you need to know what kind of the target market it will be offered to develop it better as much as possible. Entrepreneur have to choose or their proposed product will be high preference strategy which means high quality and high price or it will be price and revenue strategy which means low price with rational offer.
