However, then there is a problem that minority students are often not as rich and are often grown up in a more hostile enviroment, therefore their previous education is not as good and they would still fail to get into the school because of their education, not because they are not intellegent enough.
In conclusion the author points out that it is easy to determinate that everybody is equal and that there should be no discrimination. However, creating an enviroment where such situation works practically is almost improssible. That is because the society is unlikely to accept change, even though it is mentioned in constitution. Races simply do not want to integrate and rather keep themselves seperate. To not discriminate one class, the entire system has to be changed, if you look at the school applicant situation because it was originally created before it was obligatory to respect every single class.
