The conclusions and suggestions
Conclusions
Ltd ‘Madara’ company uses external environment as a part of company’s core, for example, using our unique geographical placement for creating Latvia’s natural products to our and world’s market.
Ltd ‘Madara’ is a newcomer and that is why customers prefer to know more about the company and show interest into ‘Madara eco cosmetics’ as natural products have become more popular because of the healthy lifestyle.
Ltd ‘Madara’ is a company who knows how to change as it’s focus is on both: eco shops and usual cosmetic shops where ‘Madara’ cosmetics are sold together with Dior, Chanel, Maybelline etc. So the focus is on both – being glamorous and eco. This approach divides customer tastes as there are countries where eco cosmetics are nothing new but there are countries where special little ‘Madara’ eco shops introduces an innovation.
In order to use Latvia’s economical situation, ‘Madara’ has expanded in Europe and also has chosen better placements for shops because if the crisis. The conclusion is that external environment can be used in a good way is creative minds get together and believe in their dreams.
