2.6 Deliverables schedule
All deliverables must be scheduled in the Proposal. Scheduling must be explicit in terms of deliverable dates and must specify a defined margin of tolerance.
2.7 Requirements Subject to Point Rating
Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with specific evaluation criteria as detailed herein. Proponents must provide enough details to permit a complete requisite analysis and assessment by the Evaluation Team.
2.8 Background Experience and skills
Proponent must demonstrate ability to carry out proposal requirements and experience on similar projects by including:
·brief description of relevant projects and complexity including individual's role, responsibilities and length of time spent on the project; and
·provide, for each project, references which may be contacted.
