Globalisation in Latvia

And finally, however, the globalisation in Latvia has some negative effects. The emigration comes first as the disadvantage, because workers move to countries where working conditions are better and the average salary is higher, leading to shortages of specialists in their native country.
To sum up, in my opinion, globalisation in Latvia has more advantages than disadvantages. In the end, the result of globalisation could be increasing prosperity in whole world.
