The intellect obviously makes judgments, but intellectual judgments. The intellect knows what he or she wants to do, and what is best for him or her, and will make judgments or wise decisions that will he or she will benefit
from, weather it be immediate or in the future. The judgments that the intellect makes are smart and resourceful. The intellect will not always make the right decision or judgment but they will be reasoned and logical.
