We have to make analysis of the company - Danfoss A/S based on information available on their Global web site www.danfoss.com.

Danfoss A/S is one of the largest industrial companies in Denmark. The global group is a leader within research, development and production, sales and service of mechanical and electronic components for several industries. Danfoss’ activities are divided into three main business areas: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Heating & Water and Motion Controls, each leading within its industry. Danfoss seeks to obtain its goals with a minimal consumption of raw materials and energy, the least possible impact on its surroundings and the most efficient use of resources. Danfoss has a long tradition for a social responsibility towards both employees and the surrounding environment.

Statement of purpose - to become acquainted with current situation of Danfoss A/S, an analysis of company’s internal situation will be made. The analysis will include:

1. Description and assessment of Danfoss’ structure culture and network (Part 1);
2. Profitability analysis for Danfoss Group companies during the years 2003-2004 based on Danfoss annual report for 2004 (Part 2);
3. Total conclusion based on analysis which we have done in Part I and Part II.…
