3.slaids - What Is Hot Stone Massage?
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
4.slaids – Stones :
Massage is performed with basalt stones, which are formed in a volcanic eruption, magma hardens. Stone, who was born in the land, chiseled with water, sun and wind - is a natural source of energy.
They are of different sizes, round or oval shapes to them by nature, but worked - milled smoothly. Smaller and flatter stones suitable for finger massage, medium and large oval - breast area
5.slaids – Technique :
Stones are placed into an electric slow-cooker or a purpose-built device which is filled with water. The water is typically heated to 52-54 degrees Celsius.
Once the stones have heated sufficiently, some are placed onto specific points on the body (such as the back, hands, etc.) and others are held by the massage therapist and used to work the muscles.
