Conclusion
Flight instruments have a vital role in controlling aircraft, they are means of communicating data between the aircraft systems and the pilot.

The analogue indicators are mainly used in older generation aircrafts.

However, in modern aircrafts almost all instruments are electronic displays where the individual instruments have been integrated into a single presentation.

The primary flight instruments can all be displayed on one easy-to-read video monitor, these displays are called primary flight displays (PFDs).

PFDs receive data from microelectronic sensors which measure pitch, role, yaw movements away from a known reference attitude, however, heading may be determined using magnetic direction-sensing devices
