Extract

If the new product will try to compete with its unique characteristics, such as new design, something unseen, it will cause to develop everything faster and will provide consumers with more pleasure and more choice between products. In parallel to technical field development, is developing the science of human psychics and thinking. Every new product is to serve its own time, but long enough to maintain consumer confidence. If the serving time would be too small, the company would lose their consumers. For example, a new inkjet cartridges can cost more than the printer itself. Many ink cartridges comes with chips that interrupts printing if it gets low level in one of colours, even if in others is enough ink to do the job. Because of some of these chips printer can break.
All in all, the main reason why planned obsolescence is created by humans, is for companies to get economic growth. I am confident that all deadlines are so perfectly mathematically calculated that even companies are contracted a special group of researchers that studies the habits of people and their everyday behavior in order to accurately determine the perfect service lifetime.
