In this essay, identification of the structure and context of the real organization by dividing into four main sections focussing on the aspects of Planning; Organising; Motivating; and Controlling. Analysis of how the context influences the structure in the large organization. Since no previous work experience in such a traditional organization, however, I looked into a real organization with my questionnaire and the interview with the contact manager. From this essay, will achieve an open system view of real and complex organization and the techniques of how to analyze and diagnose an organization. Therefore, I will gain an insight into a 'real' organization and how to associate the 'real' world with the 'theoretical' world.
