Sustainability Around the World
Now, that we’ve went through the major points and facts, I find it crucial to see how other nations implement various methods and promote it around the world.
Interestingly enough the USA, according to the Earth.org (which is a global environmental non-profit and non-partisan Think Tank established in 2018 and based in Hong Kong. ) ended up as the second-largest greenhouse gas emitter. In terms of policy-making and pollution we can claim that the USA has nearly no intention on implementing sustainability education. This could be a huge problem, since this nation is extremely influential and by doing so, there’s a likelihood that other countries will follow them on this non-innovative path.
There are other states on the list, such as France and Germany that ended up on the 4th and 6th place. Germany, for example, is one of those nations that implement sustainability quite well.
China’s doing extremely well in terms of this too, and has been on a good track for a few years now. China has been growing rapidly and has changed so much that in 2019 China’s greenhouse gas emission from rice fields had been reduced by 70%.
